Sms Multispeciality Hospital is located right opposite Kabir Enclave on Ghuma Road. We’re in a spot that’s easy to find if you’re coming through Ghuma. The building is always a bit busy with people coming and going. We have doctors, nurses, and staff running around all the time. It’s not a quiet place, there’s always the sound of footsteps and voices in the hallways. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Some days are more crowded than others, especially in the mornings when the clinics are open. We have a waiting area that fills up fast. It’s an old-fashioned way of running things, just checking people in and getting them to the right room. The rooms are basic but they serve the purpose. We spend a lot of time talking to families and trying to help out where we can. It’s a lot of responsibility, and it can be tiring for the staff. We don't have any of those fancy slogans or big posters. It’s just a hospital where we do the work that needs doing. The road outside can get congested, so parking is sometimes a bit of a headache for everyone. But we’ve been here for the neighborhood for a while now. It’s a practical place, and we just focus on the patients who walk through the front door every morning. We do what we can to make sure everyone is seen.
