Vishwas Gruh Udhyog

We operate out of Plot No 10 in Vanraj Society. It’s more of a home-based setup than a big factory. We started this small industry because we wanted to do something productive right where we live. Most of our work happens in the back area where we have our equipment set up. Because we are in a residential society, we have to be careful about not making too much noise or causing a disturbance for our neighbors. We spend our mornings preparing the materials and getting the day’s work started. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see someone’s kids running around or hear a tea kettle whistling in the background while we work. We make things in small batches, focusing on one thing at a time. The space is filled with the smells of whatever we are processing that day. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy front desk. People usually just knock on the gate and come in to see what we’ve got ready. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than we expected, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. We just take it day by day, making enough to keep things going and staying busy with our hands. It's a quiet life in Vanraj Society, and we like being part of the community here while making our living.
