Vaipras International

Our office for Vaipras International is right in the middle of the chaos at 676/24 Dhanlaxmi Market. Being directly opposite the Kalupur Railway Station in Railwaypura means we hear the trains all day long. The whistles and the announcement speakers are basically the background music to our workday. It is a very busy market area, and there are always porters moving bundles of goods on their heads or on small carts. Sometimes the entrance to the market gets so blocked with people that you have to wait a few minutes just to get inside. Our unit isn't very big, but it serves its purpose. We keep our records and some of our samples here. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of the city and the exhaust from the rickshaws lined up outside the station. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop in from the nearby platforms. It’s not the kind of place where you sit around and relax. There is always something to move, a bill to settle, or a shipment to track. The walls are covered with calendars and some old notes we’ve taped up over the years. We like being close to the transport links, though, because it makes moving things much easier. It’s a practical location for a business like ours, even if it is never quiet for a single second.
