We are up on the 4th floor of the Safal Prelude building. Most days start with the lift being a bit slow, but once we get into suite 411, things move along. The office here in Ahmedabad is where we handle all the measurement tech stuff. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a place where we look at drawings and talk to customers about their production lines. Marposs India has been around for a while, and we just keep at it. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We deal with a lot of gauges and sensors. If a part isn't the right size, it doesn't work, so we spend a lot of time looking at screens and testing things out. Most of the team has been here for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the parts our clients make are actually correct. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting about cricket or where to get the best snacks nearby. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we keep the blinds down. It’s a regular job for us. We just focus on the precision side of things and try to get the orders shipped out on time. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, especially when we are getting stuff ready for the factory floors. It's just how the day goes here.
