Rd Machine Tools is based at 107 Sarjan Estate, which is right near Vishala Estate on the S.P. Ring Road. If you are coming from the Kathwada Nikol Circle, it is pretty easy to spot the estate. The S.P. Ring Road is always humming with the sound of heavy trucks and traffic. Our unit, 107, is a workshop where we keep all our machine tools and equipment. It is definitely a working space, so there is usually some metal dust around and the smell of industrial oil. We aren't the type of people to have a fancy showroom. Most of the time, we are in our work clothes dealing with machines and tools. It is a physical job and it can be quite tiring, but we have been doing it for years. We don't have any big corporate slogans or mission statements. We just open up the workshop every morning and get to work on whatever needs doing. The area around Kathwada Nikol has grown a lot lately, but Sarjan Estate stays pretty much the same. We have built up a good relationship with the other businesses nearby. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just know where we are and what we do. It is a straightforward way of living, and we like it that way. If you need us, we are usually right here in unit 107 until the sun goes down.
