Nitesh Tools Traders is tucked away in the Raghuveer Complex at Plot No. G/23. We’re right near the Rudraksh Complex, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and people looking for supplies. The shop is filled from floor to ceiling with all sorts of tools and hardware. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know where every single nut and bolt is kept. People come in looking for specific parts for their projects, and we spend a lot of time digging through boxes to find the right size. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit crowded when three or four customers are in at once. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we mostly rely on memory and handwritten notes. The shelves are a bit dusty, and the floor has some scratches from heavy equipment being moved around, but it’s a working shop. We spend our time talking to locals and helping them figure out what tool they actually need for their repairs. There’s no sales pitch here, just honest talk about what works and what doesn't. We open early because that’s when the workmen are on their way to jobs. It’s a simple life, surrounded by iron and steel. We just keep the doors open and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. Some days it is quiet, and other days we can barely keep up with the questions.
