Universal Tools

Universal Tools is located at S-10 in the Swaminarayan building. We are near the Soni Chl Char Rasta, right off National Highway Number 8 in Odhav. Being near the highway means it’s always busy and there’s a lot of dust from the trucks passing by. Our shop is one of many in this block. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful about how we stack things. Every inch of the wall is used for storage. We’ve been here in Odhav for a good while now. The people who work here are local, and we all know the area well. We don't go in for big meetings or long-term planning. Each morning we just see what needs to be delivered or who is coming by. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see our tools, you just come into the back where we keep them. It’s a bit messy, but it’s a working shop. We aren't trying to look like a big corporate office. We just want to get the day's work done and make sure the customers are okay with what they got. It’s a steady life here by the highway. We just keep the doors open and wait for whoever needs some help with their tools today. It's nothing special, just a regular place for regular people.
