You can find us right across from the Central Bank in Rakhial, specifically at the Keval Kanta Char Rasta. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our doors. We handle machine tools, which basically means we spend our whole day around heavy equipment and oily parts. The shop has been here for a long time, and it looks like it too. We haven't changed much about the place over the years because the layout works for us. We aren't the type of business to have a polished front office or a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us working on a machine or moving some stock around. Rakhial is a tough, industrial neighborhood, and we fit right in. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just fix and sell machine tools. If the tools work, then we are happy and the customer is happy. That is the whole point of it. Sometimes the dust from the crossroads gets inside, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We like the location because everyone knows where the Central Bank is, so giving directions is easy. We are just a group of guys who know machines well and enjoy the practical side of the work. No big corporate rules here, just common sense and getting the job done properly.
