Tesmec Spa

Tesmec Spa is located on the 4th floor of the Advait building, near Sandesh Press in Vastrapur. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. The elevator in this building is a bit slow, so a lot of us end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry, even if it is a bit of a climb. Our office is fairly open, with desks pushed together so we can talk to each other easily throughout the day. We handle a lot of technical details and coordination for the projects we are involved in. It is not the kind of place where things are perfectly quiet; there is always a phone ringing or someone discussing a diagram near the window. We have a small corner with a water cooler where people tend to gather and chat for a few minutes. The heat in Ahmedabad can be pretty intense, so we are grateful for the air conditioning, even if it rattles sometimes. We do not have a big fancy lobby. When you come in, you are pretty much right in the middle of where we work. We have got a few potted plants that we try to keep alive, but they do not always do so well in the office light. It is just a normal workplace where we focus on our tasks and try to keep things moving.
