Suntex Enterprise/Kothari Group Of Industries

We are located at 11 Ushakant Flats. It’s right there at Kadia Naka in Dariapur. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around. Our office isn't in a big skyscraper. It's just a regular flat where we've set up shop. Suntex Enterprise and the Kothari Group Of Industries share this space. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at once. We have files stacked up and desks wherever they fit. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. Maybe because it started that way. We've been in Dariapur for years. The tea stall downstairs is where we get our morning break. Everyone in the building knows us by now. We handle a lot of different things under the group name. It’s mostly paperwork and coordination. We aren't big on formalities here. If someone comes by, they just knock and walk in. The windows look out over the street so we see everything going on at the Naka. It’s a lively place to be. Sometimes the traffic is so loud we have to shout a bit, but we're used to it. We don't need a lot of fancy stuff to get our work done. Just the phones, the records, and our team. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us. We've seen the area grow and get more crowded, but we like the energy here at Ushakant Flats.
