Sp Age Publication

We are located over in Maninagar, right across from the Swaminarayan Temple. Our office is in the Richi House building, specifically unit C-304. Being so close to the Maninagar railway crossing means we hear the trains whistling and going by all day long. It’s a sound we’ve just gotten used to over the years, and it kind of becomes part of the background. We do all sorts of publishing work here at SP Age Publication. The office is usually quite cluttered with various manuscripts, half-finished layouts, and plenty of old coffee mugs sitting around. It’s a small space, but we manage to make it work for us. Having the temple right across the street is nice; it gives the whole area a certain kind of energy, especially during the big festivals when everything gets decorated. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Ahmedabad. We have a few desks squeezed in together and a lot of shelving to hold all the different books we’ve worked on over the seasons. We aren't a big corporate giant with dozens of employees. It’s just a handful of us who genuinely enjoy the process of putting a book together from start to finish. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens or checking print proofs on paper. When we need a break, we just walk down the street to grab some snacks or a cold drink from the local stalls. It’s a busy and very real place to work.
