Sms Multispeciality Hospital

We are located right opposite Kabir Enclave on Ghuma Road. This area has grown a lot lately, and our multispeciality hospital is right in the middle of it. It’s a bit of a dusty road sometimes with all the new construction going on nearby. The building is a bit newer than some of the older hospitals in the city, so the tiles are still mostly shiny. We have a lot of different departments here, which means we see all kinds of cases. One minute it’s someone with a broken arm, and the next it’s a family bringing in their grandfather for heart stuff. It’s a busy spot. The parking lot usually has more cars than it can handle, so things get a bit tight. Inside, the reception desk is usually the most crowded place. We have a few water coolers that get a lot of use. People from the apartments across the street often walk over. It feels like a neighborhood place even though we handle big stuff. The staff is a mix of young people and some older doctors who have been around the block. We don't have any fancy art on the walls, just the usual medical charts and notices. It’s a practical environment. We try to keep the queues moving, but sometimes things take time. We just sit at our desks and do the work, taking our lunch in the small room at the back. It’s just how it is here.
