Shree Hinglaj Charitable Foundation

You can find Shree Hinglaj Charitable Foundation over at 45 Mrudul Park Society. We are right by Haridarshan Park, tucked away in that little lane near Moni Hotels Khancho. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time. We aren’t a huge organization with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who wanted to get together and help out where we could. We spend our mornings looking over what needs to be done. Sometimes we are out and about more than we are in the office. The lane near the hotel can get crowded on weekends with all the travelers. We’ve been part of this society for a bit now. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We don’t go around making a lot of noise about what we do. We just keep our heads down and work. It’s more about the day-to-day tasks for us. If the roof leaks or the power goes out, we just fix it and keep going. That’s the practical way of doing things. We don't have a corporate board or anything like that. Just regular conversations over tea about how to handle the next project. We like it this way. It feels more real and connected to the people living right here in the park and the surrounding streets. It's just home for us here at Mrudul Park, and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future while we do our thing locally.
