We have been at No. 4 Oirent Industrial Estate for a good while now. It is situated right behind the Vikram Mill in Bapunagar. People around here know us as the Asarbapa Ruparel Devsthan Trust Sayan. Most days it is just us doing what we need to do in the office. The estate gets pretty busy with all the trucks and people moving around during the day, but we stay tucked back there. There really is not much to say about the building itself. It is just a functional spot in the middle of a working area. We handle all our daily tasks from here. Sometimes people have a hard time finding us because the mill is so big and hides the turn. Once you find it, it is pretty straightforward though. It is a plain place, nothing fancy at all. We just keep our heads down and get through the stuff on our list. Working around Bapunagar means you get used to the noise and the dust. We have been part of this neighborhood for some time. The trust manages things from this little office space. It is where we keep our records and meet anyone who needs to drop by. We do not spend money on shiny signs or big advertisements. We just stay here in the industrial estate because it works for us. The space is enough for what we need to get done without any extra fuss. That is how we operate. We are just local people working in a local spot.
