Civic Center - relief Road

This office is right on Relief Road, which is one of the most crowded and busy streets you will find in this city. We are located directly opposite the old Roopam Cinema, which used to be a big landmark for everyone around here. Even now, people still use the cinema as a way to find us. Because of where we are, it is never really quiet. There is a constant sound of scooters and people shouting outside. The office itself is tucked into a building that has been here for a long time. It feels a bit cramped inside sometimes because space is at a premium on Relief Road. We have several counters set up to help the public with their municipal needs. It gets very hot in the summer, and the fans do their best, but it is a tough environment when the room is full of people. We handle everything from house tax to various permits. Most people who come here are in a hurry because of the traffic and the difficulty of parking nearby. It is a very practical place. We don't have any lobby music or comfortable sofas, just hard chairs and a lot of work to get through. Every day is a bit of a challenge with the number of people, but we just keep going through the pile of applications one by one until the doors close for the evening.
