Shine Plast

Shine Plast is located at Plot No B-68 in the Bileshwar Industrial Estate. We are right opposite the Guj. Vepari Mahamandal on the Odhav Ring Road. It’s a loud area with lots of trucks and factories nearby. We work with plastics every day. The machines make a lot of noise, so we’re used to shouting a bit to be heard. It's a hot place to work, especially in the summer months when the machines are running full tilt. We’ve been in this industrial estate for quite a few years now. The floor is usually covered in small scraps of plastic, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the business. We focus on getting the orders out on time. The Ring Road makes it easy for the delivery trucks to find us, which is a plus. My office is a small corner partitioned off with some glass, but I’m usually out on the floor anyway. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our business comes from the other shops around here or people who know our work from the local market. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we know. We drink a lot of water and keep the fans going. It’s not glamorous, but it’s real work. We just try to keep the machines running and the parts moving out the door. That is how we spend our time here in Odhav.
