Shakti Tools Industries/Shree Bhavani Engg Works

You’ll find us over at 12 Durga Estate in Rakhial. We’re right behind the Dena Bank and across from Ajay Estate. The sign says Shakti Tools Industries, though some people also know us as Shree Bhavani Engg Works. It’s an industrial area, so there’s a lot of heavy trucks and noise from the other workshops around us. Our space is pretty functional. We have the machines set up for engineering work and making tools. It’s dusty and noisy, which is exactly what you’d expect from a place like this. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the estate or nearby. We don't have a front office with air conditioning. We’re usually out on the floor where the work happens. Dealing with metal and tools means there's always something to be done, whether it's maintenance on our own machines or finishing an order for a customer. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just engineering and tool work. We take the jobs as they come and try to keep things moving. The traffic in Rakhial can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the task in front of us and keep the machines running, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it.
