Our hospital is on the second floor near Stadium Circle, right on the way to Commerce Road. If you are looking for us, we are near the Sopan Flats, which is a big landmark for people in this part of town. The area around Stadium Circle is always humming with cars and people going to work or school. To get to us, you usually take the lift or the stairs up to the second floor. It’s a hospital, so things can get quite busy and a bit loud with the staff moving around and patients coming in. We have different rooms for different needs, and the hallways are usually lined with benches for families to wait. It is not a five-star hotel, it’s just a place where medical work gets done every day. We see people for all sorts of reasons, some just for a quick check and others who need to stay for a while. The view from the windows shows the busy road below, which is a contrast to the quiet we try to keep in the wards. We’ve been at this location for a good while now, and the routine is pretty set. We have our morning rounds and then the afternoon shift change. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but this is where we are and what we do for the people around the Stadium Circle area.
