Ravi Surgical Hospital

Ravi Surgical Hospital is situated on the first floor of Gopal Tower. We are right on Station Road in Maninagar, just opposite the Mangalmay Complex. Being on Station Road means there is a constant stream of people, rickshaws, and cars passing by at all hours. It’s one of the busiest spots in this part of town. To get to us, you have to go up the stairs in Gopal Tower. Once you are inside, it’s a bit different from the chaos outside. We have a reception area and then the rooms for patients. The surgical area is kept separate and is very clean. We spend a lot of our time preparing for surgeries and then checking on people while they recover. The windows look out over Station Road, so you can see all the movement down below. Maninagar is a crowded place, and space is hard to come by, so our hospital is laid out to use every inch of the floor. We have some metal cabinets for supplies and small tables for the charts. The staff is always moving around, attending to different tasks. It can be quite a long day, especially when there are many cases to handle. We usually have the radio on low in the background or just the sound of the fans. Across the street, the Mangalmay Complex is always busy too. It’s a very lively environment to work in every day. We just do our part in this busy corner of Maninagar.
