Rashmi Smruti Seva Foundation is located at 19, Somvilla Bunglow. We are right near the Ashopalav Bunglows in Thaltej. It’s a quiet enough part of Ahmedabad, which we really appreciate. Our space is more like a home than a stiff office, which makes it easier for people to come talk to us. We’ve been in this 380059 area for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Living and working in Gujarat has its own rhythm. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s mostly just us keeping track of our projects from the bungalow. Sometimes the neighbors stop by to say hello. Thaltej is a good place to be based because it's accessible but not as chaotic as the very center of the city. We have a small sign out front so people don't get lost looking for number 19. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps it peaceful. We spend our mornings getting things organized and our afternoons dealing with whatever comes up. There’s always plenty to do, but we don't rush through it. We like the personal feel of being in a bungalow rather than a high-rise building. It fits the way we want to run things. Just simple, honest work in a place that feels like home and lets us focus on the tasks at hand.
