Quintessential Snacks Private Limited

We are based in Ahmedabad, specifically in Seema Society near Vijay Cross Roads. Our place is 6/B. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run our snack business from here. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens during the day. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different spices and types of chips or crackers. It smells like frying oil and spices most of the day, which isn't a bad thing at all. We have a few people who come in to help with the bagging and sealing of the packets. The bags are stacked high in the corner waiting to be sent out to the distributors. We don't have a storefront where you can just walk in and buy a single pack usually, as we focus more on getting the products out to the shops in the city. The neighborhood is quiet except for when the delivery vans pull up to load the crates. We try to be quick so we don't block the neighbors' driveways for too long. It's a small operation, really. We started with just two of us and now we have a few more hands to help out. The paperwork is the part I like the least, so it usually gets left for the end of the week. We just want to make snacks that people like to munch on while they watch TV or when they are at work.
