Prompt Telecom & National Refrigeration

Our shop is at Ug-6 in Samyak Park, right on Nehru Park Road. We are pretty easy to find because we are near the Nehru Park Telephone Exchange. Having two names like Prompt Telecom & National Refrigeration sounds like we do a lot, and we do. Some days it is all about wires and phones, and other days we are covered in grease from fixing a cooling unit. It gets a bit cramped in here with all the spare parts and tools laying around, but we know where everything is. The area around Samyak Park is always moving, with people coming and going from the exchange. We usually have the door open to get some air, even if it means a bit of dust comes in. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. Most of our regulars just stop by because they were passing through the neighborhood. We don't have any big sales pitches or fancy displays. We just show people what needs fixing and tell them how long it will take. Sometimes we are out on a call and have to leave a note on the door. It’s a small operation. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp while we work. It is just the way we like to do things, keeping life simple and sticking to the trades we are good at. There’s always a fridge to fix or a phone line to check.
