Our place is No. 75 in Ambika Nagar. It is right across from the ESI Hospital on the Sabarmati Highway. It’s a very easy spot to find because of the hospital. We’ve been working from this location for quite a while now. The highway is always loud with cars and buses passing by, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. It’s a small operation here. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the daily tasks as they come. People stop in because they saw the sign while heading down the highway. We handle a variety of requests. There isn't much room for a waiting area, so people usually just stand around and chat while we work. It’s a simple setup with just the basics. We don't try to make things look more important than they are. We just want to do the job right and see people leave satisfied. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. Being near the hospital means there are always people around, even late at night. We’ve made some good friends in the neighborhood over the years. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just rely on being here and doing the work. It is what it is, and we like it that way.
