If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in Bahuchar Society, right near Chandrawali Society. It’s a quiet residential area in Vadodara, not like those big industrial zones. We run Polygon Foods from here. It started as a small idea among a few of us and has slowly grown into a proper business. Our space is basically a part of the neighborhood, so we see the same faces every morning when we open up. We handle various food items, and honestly, it keeps us on our toes. There’s always a delivery truck trying to navigate the narrow lanes or someone stopping by to ask what we’re up to. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical setup where we can get the work done. Some days are incredibly hectic with orders coming in all at once, and other days we’re just catching up on cleaning and maintenance. We’ve had our fair share of mistakes along the way, like any small business, but we learn and keep moving. The neighbors are nice, and we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes the rain makes the society roads a bit muddy, and we have to be careful about the stock getting damp. We’ve learned a lot about storage over the last few years. It’s a lot of trial and error, honestly. We don't have all the answers, but we try to fix things when they go wrong. Most of our day is spent checking the packaging and making sure the labels are straight, which is more tedious than you’d think. We’re just a few people trying to make a living in a way that feels right to us. We appreciate the people who buy from us because it keeps this whole thing going. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in this location, but it works for us.
