You can find Patel Ent Hospital inside the Ashwarath Shopping Centre, specifically at unit 103. We are right at the Usmanpura Cross Roads. It’s easy to spot us because we are directly opposite the Fortune Landmark Hotel. Being in a shopping center means there is always something going on around us. There are shops and other offices in the same building. We focus on ear, nose, and throat issues. It’s a straightforward clinic with a few consultation rooms and a place for testing. The waiting area isn't massive, so it can get a bit cozy when we have a lot of appointments. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospital in Ahmedabad. We just provide a local service for the people living in Usmanpura and the surrounding areas. The staff is just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We handle the phones, clean the instruments, and talk to the patients. Sometimes the traffic at the cross roads makes it hard to park, so we tell people to come a bit early. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't use any fancy business talk or have big goals other than seeing the patients who are scheduled for the day. It’s just how we run things here at the shopping centre. We stay busy with the local crowd and don't really worry about much else.
