Parth Police Pratishtha Social Welfare Foundation

We are based in the Vejalpur area of Ahmedabad, specifically at G/01 in the Mukesh Park Co-op Housing Society. It’s right by the Sanskar Apartment and not too far from the Shreyas Foundation. The whole area is quite busy, and there’s always something going on out on the street. Parth Police Pratishtha Social Welfare Foundation is the name we have on the door. We have a ground-floor unit, which is very convenient because it makes it easy for people to just drop by whenever they need to. It’s a very simple office with some older furniture and quite a lot of paperwork stacked up. We spend most of our time working on various social welfare projects for the community. Most of the people who are involved here have some kind of deep connection to this local neighborhood. We don’t really have any fancy titles or a big management hierarchy. If something needs to be done, someone just steps up and does it. We’ve been in Mukesh Park for a long time now, so most of the local residents know us pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with all the traffic passing by outside, but you eventually get used to the sound. We aren’t trying to be the biggest organization in the world. We just want to help out where we can. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to find practical solutions to the problems they bring to us.
