Parekhs Hospital

We are situated near Shyamal Cross Road, heading towards the Jivraj over bridge. Specifically, we are on the 32-feet ring road in the Satellite area. Satellite is a very busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. You can hear the scooters and the occasional horn from the bridge throughout the day. The hospital itself is a simple setup. We have a few floors and different rooms depending on what someone needs. It isn't a flashy place. We have plain tiles and standard hospital beds. The staff here has been together for a long time. We know the regular patients who come in for their check-ups. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so people take the stairs if they are in a hurry. We try to keep things moving along, but sometimes there is a wait, especially on the weekends. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do here. It is just medical work. We see people from the surrounding neighborhoods who walk over or take a rickshaw. The reception area is usually cluttered with files because we still like having things on paper. It feels more real that way. We just keep the doors open and do the work that needs doing. There is no big secret to it, just staying busy and helping the folks who walk through the door.
