Nidhan Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is based at 8 Mw in Industrial Area Phase-1. It is a decent-sized place with plenty of room for all the boxes and crates we deal with. The area is full of similar businesses, so there is always a lot of movement on the street outside. Our office is upstairs, and you can hear the sound of the warehouse activities from below. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails to people in different time zones. It can get a bit confusing with the hours, but we manage to stay on top of it. The furniture is a mix of old wooden desks and some newer chairs we got a few years back. We have a small pantry where someone is usually making coffee or heating up their lunch in the microwave. The windows look out over the parking area, which is always full. Sometimes we have to move our cars three times a day just to let a truck through. It is a bit of a hassle, but everyone is used to it by now. We do not really do much in the way of decorating the place. There are some old calendars on the wall and a few maps pinned up with tacks. We focus on getting the shipments out and making sure the paperwork is in order. It is a lot of routine stuff, but it keeps the business running. We are just a group of people trying to do our jobs.
