We are Nexxus Namkeen, and our office is up on the 8th floor of the B Square building. It’s right on the Iscon-Ambli BRTS Road, so we get a good view of the traffic moving below all day long. Being near Neptune House makes it easy for people to find us, though most of our actual production happens elsewhere. This office is where the planning and the paperwork for our namkeen business get done. It’s a bit different from a factory floor; it’s quieter here, except for the phones ringing. We have a small team sitting at desks, talking to distributors and figuring out where the next batches of snacks need to go. Since we are in a corporate building, things look a bit more formal, but we’re still just folks who love good snacks. We often have bags of namkeen sitting on the desks for testing, which is basically just us having a snack while we work. The elevators in B Square can be slow during lunch hour, so we usually just bring our own food from home. We’ve been in this Iscon-Ambli area for a while now and watched the buildings grow up around us. It’s a busy part of the city, and being here helps us stay connected to everything. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to make sure the distribution runs smooth and that the namkeen gets to the stores on time. It’s a lot of coordination from a high-rise view.
