Motivation Direct (India) Private Limited is situated right inside the Adult Training Centre for Blind in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. We are at 15A Andhjan Mandal, on Dr V S Road. It is a very specific location, and being part of the Mandal campus means we are surrounded by a lot of activity every day. Our office is simple and functional because we spend most of our time on the ground rather than sitting behind desks. Ahmedabad is a busy city, and Vastrapur is one of those areas that never really sleeps. We have been at this address for a while now, and it feels like home. The space is filled with training equipment and stuff for the people we work with. It isn't a polished corporate environment with glass walls. Instead, you will find practical tools, some older furniture, and a lot of movement. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies here. Everyone just chips in where they can. The 380015 area is well-connected, which helps since people come from all over the city to this center. We just focus on the daily tasks of the training centre and making sure things run as smoothly as they can. It is hard work, and sometimes the building feels a bit old, but the atmosphere is always full of energy from the students and staff.
