Michigan Rubber India Ltd

We are located out in Sohagpur, right near the Sapna Dam. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to being in the middle of a big city. Michigan Rubber India Ltd has its space where we handle all things related to rubber production. You can often hear the sound of the water or just the wind through the trees when the machines aren't running. It’s a decent-sized facility, but we keep things pretty basic. The floors are concrete and there’s always that distinct smell of raw rubber in the air. We don't have a big fancy entrance or a lobby with a fountain. It’s a workplace through and through. The guys here usually wear heavy boots because things can get a bit messy. Being near Sapna Dam means we are a bit isolated, so we have to be quite organized with our supplies. If we run out of something, it’s a bit of a trek to get more. We spend our days checking the molds and making sure the batches are turning out okay. It’s physical work and it can get hot in the summer months. We don't go in for much talk about visions or big goals. We just want to get the day's work finished so we can head home. It’s a straightforward way of life out here in Sohagpur, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of it.
