Lead4Change Foundation

Lead4Change Foundation is tucked away in the Shyam Villa Apartment, specifically in unit A/102. We are right by the Silver Star cross road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of noise and traffic outside. But once you get inside the apartment, it’s a lot quieter. We aren't a big organization with a whole floor of an office building. We just use this apartment as our home base. It’s where we keep our files and where we meet up to talk about what we’re doing. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when more than three or four of us are here at once, but we make it work. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most people wouldn't even know we were here unless they were looking for A/102. We like it that way. It keeps things simple and low-key. We spend our time working on various projects, usually over tea or coffee at the small kitchen table. It’s a very human way of doing things, without all the corporate layers. Being near Silver Star cross road means it’s easy to get around the city when we need to. We’ve been at this location for some time now and it feels like the right fit for us. Just a small team in a regular apartment, trying to get things done.
