Kulkarni Power Tools Ltd/Kraft Sales & Services Lt

We are over at Kay Crest 41 in the Khemchand Dayalji Building. It is right opposite the Gujarat Gas office and near the Parimal Crossing in Ellisbridge. That intersection is always a mess with traffic so we see a lot of people stuck at the light from our windows. Our place is basically full of tools and spare parts. There are drills and saws and things like that everywhere you look. It is a bit of a tight fit in the office with all the boxes stacked up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who come in because their tools broke down. We try to fix things as fast as we can but sometimes we have to wait for a part to arrive. The building is older so it has a certain feel to it. We have a small area for testing the equipment and it can get pretty loud when we start a motor. We have been here at Ellisbridge for quite a while so we know the local chai wallahs and the other business owners. We are not really fancy people. We just know how these machines work and we spend our time dealing with them. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon so it gets a bit warm inside. We just keep the fans going and keep working through the list of repairs and orders.
