If you are looking for us, we are tucked away behind Yograj Pan in Gondal. The place belongs to Kurji Manji, and we have been running the foodstuff business from here for some time now. It is a local spot, nothing fancy or shiny about it. We deal with various food items and spend the day managing the stock in the back. The area around here is usually quite busy with people stopping for a drink or a snack at the pan shop. We share the space and just get on with our jobs. It is a bit of a maze back there, but it works for what we need. Most of our work involves checking the supplies and making sure the local shops get what they ordered. We don't have a big sign out front, so you have to know where to look. My cousins help out during the harvest season when things get really packed. It is a practical setup. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Rajkot district, we just want to keep things moving. The walls are a bit old and the floors are dusty, but that is part of working with food grains and such. We drink tea twice a day and keep the machines going as much as we can. It is a small operation, but we take it seriously and don't take shortcuts. If you are ever near the pan shop, you might hear us working.
