Our office is over in Rajkot at Ayodhya Apartment in Sardar Nagar. We are in unit number 9 on the 15-A side of the building. It’s more of an administrative spot for our food and beverage business. We spend most of our time here dealing with the logistics of where the food needs to go. There are a lot of files and a couple of old computers that we use to keep track of everything. The apartment building is pretty quiet, which is nice when we have to focus on the numbers and the schedules. We don't have a big kitchen on site here; that’s all handled elsewhere at the production facility. This is where the planning and the phone calls happen. Sometimes we meet with partners in the small sitting area we set up near the entrance. The balcony has a few plants that I try to keep alive, though I often forget to water them during the busy weeks. It’s a bit cramped when all four of us are in the office at once, but we make it work for the day. We’ve been in Rajkot for a while and like being in this part of town. It’s close to some good tea stalls where we take our breaks in the afternoon. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up and handle the orders.
