We’ve been at 25, Payal Park for quite a while now. Most people in the neighborhood know our spot because we are right opposite Sundervan on Satelite Road. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road, especially during rush hour, but it’s a good place to be. Here at Jyoti Cnc Automation Pvt. Ltd., we spend our days focused on the technical side of things. It’s mostly about machines, CNC systems, and making sure the automation side of a factory actually works like it’s supposed to. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We have our desks, a lot of manuals piled up, and usually some parts sitting around waiting to be looked at. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with all the work going on. We started out small and just kept at it over the years. We don't really do the whole big corporate presentation thing. Usually, a client just calls us up because something stopped working or they need a new setup, and we get to it. Some days the heat in the workshop is a bit much, so we take breaks at the local tea stall nearby. It’s just us, a handful of people who know how these machines tick. We don’t make a big fuss about things. If there is a problem with a controller or a motor, we sit down and figure it out. It’s practical work. We’ve been on Satelite Road so long it feels like home.
