We are tucked away in shop number 5 of the Ahmed Complex, which is right behind the Hotel Paramount in the Bhadra area. We have been focusing on selling wallpaper for many years now. When you come inside, you will notice that the shop is almost entirely filled with rolls of paper in all sorts of different patterns. Some are very simple and plain, while others have detailed flowers or stripes on them. There is a distinct smell of paper and adhesive in the air, which is something we have just gotten used to over time. Because we do not have a huge amount of space, we have to stack the rolls quite high against the walls. Usually, there is only one of us here to help you go through the big sample books we keep on the main table. We have seen many different styles come and go in Bhadra, but it seems like people always want to find something new to put on their walls. The building we are in is a bit on the older side and the stairs can be a little steep, but it has been a good place for us to work. We do not have a big marketing department or any corporate offices. We just know our products well. When someone walks in, we let them browse through the books at their own pace without bothering them. It is a straightforward business and we just enjoy helping the neighbors pick something they like.
