Istem Collective Foundation

You can find us at G-504 in Poornam Residency. We are right near Shrifal Heights in Kudasan. It’s a newer part of the area, and things are still being built all around us. We started Istem Collective Foundation because we saw a gap in how things were being done and wanted a more hands-on approach. Our office is basically just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s comfortable and feels more like a home than a business. We sit around the kitchen table a lot to discuss our projects. Kudasan is a growing place, and there are always new people moving in from different places. We try to be a bridge for them. We aren't a big team at all. It’s just a few of us who share the same ideas. Sometimes we stay late working on things, and you can hear the sounds of the city and the construction outside. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for what we need. We don't like all the corporate talk you hear these days in the big offices. We just want to get things done without a lot of fuss or unnecessary meetings. If someone has an idea, we talk about it and see if we can make it happen. It’s a very simple and direct way of working. We like the relative quiet of Poornam Residency compared to the busier parts of the city. It lets us focus on the tasks at hand.
