Image India Sales & Services

We run Image India Sales & Services from our place at A-1, Gangotri, in the Vastrapur area. It’s a nice part of town, and the building is pretty easy to find once you are in the neighborhood. We handle a variety of sales and service tasks. Our office isn't a big corporate suite; it’s more of a practical base for our operations. Most of the time, we are either on the phone helping customers or out on the road visiting sites. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with boxes and equipment that need to be looked at. We aren't big on formal meetings or fancy reports. We just try to get the work done as it comes in. Vastrapur is a busy area, but there’s a good feeling to it. We know a lot of the people around here. If someone has an issue with a product we sold them, they usually just give us a call, and we see what we can do. We don't use any complicated systems or scripts. It’s just us being straightforward with people. We’ve been in this spot in Gangotri for a good number of years. It works well for us. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We are just a local sales and service outfit doing our best to keep things running for our clients.
