You can find Hilti India Pvt Ltd on the first floor of Samarpan Arcade, which is unit 23. We are right at the Ambali-Bopal Cross Road, just off the 200Ft Sardar Patel Ring Road. Being in Bopal makes it easy for people to reach us since the ring road is so close. Our office here is more of a base for the local area. It’s not as loud as a factory floor, but there is still plenty of activity. We have people coming in to talk about construction tools and equipment all day. The arcade can get quite busy with all the different businesses around. We’ve set up our space to be functional. There are shelves of samples and desks where we handle the paperwork. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any fancy decorations; it’s just about the work we do. The view from the first floor looks out over the crossroads, which are always jammed with cars and trucks. We spend our time coordinating with different sites and making sure people get what they need for their projects. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking stock. Even though we are part of a larger name, this branch feels like a local spot because we know the contractors in the neighborhood. We just try to keep things organized and helpful for anyone who walks in. It gets busy, but we manage to stay on top of things most days.
