Heer Impex

Our office for Heer Impex is at No 11 in Shriniketan Society. It is kind of hidden if you aren't looking for it, especially being opposite Kamdhenu Flats and tucked away in that lane near the St Laurn Hotel. Ashram Road is always a mess of traffic, so it is actually nice to be a little bit off the main drag. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly involving import and export papers and making sure shipments are moving where they need to go. It is a lot of desk work, looking at invoices and talking to people on the phone about where their crates are. The room gets a bit cluttered with samples and files piled up on the corners of the desks. We try to stay organized, but when three things happen at once, the papers start to stack up. It’s just a few of us here. We usually eat lunch together while talking about what needs to get done by the end of the week. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out. It is a quiet street usually, except for when people are trying to find a shortcut to the hotel. We keep the fans running all day because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. It’s just the daily grind of moving goods from one place to another without too much fuss or complicated systems.
