Gangasahay Seva Foundation

Our office is located at 40/ Sarthi Bonglow, right on the Highway Road in Chandkheda. It’s a bit of an interesting spot since it’s more of a residential-style building than a cold office block. We like it that way because it feels a bit more like home. Being in Ahmedabad, but out towards the highway, means we see a lot of traffic passing by. We are Gangasahay Seva Foundation, and this is where we do all our planning and work. The space inside is pretty functional. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with tables and some storage shelves for all our documents. It’s not a place you’d find in a magazine. There are stacks of paper on the corners of desks and probably a few too many tea cups lying around by the end of the day. We don't have a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The neighborhood is okay, though the noise from the highway can be a lot during the day. We’ve got a small area outside where we can park a few bikes. It’s a very straightforward operation we have here. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or by just seeing the address. It’s just us doing what we do in our little corner of Chandkheda.
