Gandhi Welfare Foundation

We are based in Rajkot, right on Amin Marg in the Solitaire Complex. Our office is number 301, so we are up on the third floor. It’s a standard commercial building, nothing too flashy or modern. We’ve been here at the Gandhi Welfare Foundation for a while now. Amin Marg is a pretty well-known road, so people usually don't have too much trouble finding the building. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby with a water feature. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our files and do our computer work. The office can get a little crowded when we have a lot of things going on at once. We use simple wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don't really care about having the latest office decor. We’re more focused on just staying on top of our responsibilities. Living and working in Gujarat means we are used to the heat and the pace of the city. Sometimes the elevators in the complex are slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We keep our doors open most of the time so there’s some air moving through. It’s a basic setup for a basic group of people. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a local outfit doing our part in Rajkot.
