Floor World

Our shop, Floor World, is located at 5-1 Shilp Arcade. We are right across from the Ratnamani Complex and pretty close to the Jodhpur Cross Road in Satellite. It’s a very busy area with cars and people moving around all the time. Our space is filled with samples of all kinds of flooring—tiles, wood, laminates, you name it. It can get a bit crowded in here when we have a few customers looking at samples at the same time. We have stacks of heavy boards leaning against the walls. We spend a lot of time helping people figure out what might look okay in their living rooms or offices. We aren't designers, just people who know a bit about what lasts and what doesn't. Sometimes the dust from the samples gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up. We get deliveries coming in and out throughout the week, which can be a bit of a headache with the traffic on the main road. Most of the people who work here have been in the trade for a long time. We know which materials are easy to lay down and which ones are a pain. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. If you visit us, you might have to step over a few boxes, but we don't mind if you don't.
