Farz Apna Foundation

Farz Apna Foundation is based in Vadodara, right across from Gada Circle in the Harni area. We are on the fourth floor of the Red Corel building, in office 403. It is a decent spot to work from. You can see the traffic moving around the circle from some of the windows. The building itself is easy to find if you are familiar with this part of town. We have been here for a bit now. Our daily routine is mostly just managing the various tasks that come with running a foundation. There are boxes of papers and a few computers that usually need fixing. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, one of us will just pull up a chair for you. It is a practical space for practical work. Vadodara is a good place to be, and Harni has grown a lot lately. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down. Sometimes we share tea in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. It’s not a high-pressure office environment. We just try to get through the work that needs doing. There is no corporate dress code here, just regular clothes and honest effort. Most of our neighbors in Red Corel are small businesses like us. It feels right to be part of a building where everyone is just working hard.
