Our place is at 81-I in Orchid White Field, which is near the Makaraba Railway Crossing in Ahmedabad. If you have ever been stuck at that crossing waiting for a train to pass, you know exactly where we are. It can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but it’s just part of our daily commute. The Farmkraft Research And Action Foundation works out of this space in Makaraba. The building is part of a larger complex, and it feels like a mix of residential and commercial vibes. We have a decent amount of room inside, but it is mostly filled with documents and equipment. It is not a very polished environment, just a functional one. The Ahmedabad-Ahmedabad designation on our address always makes us chuckle because it feels a bit redundant. The area is growing fast, so there is always construction noise nearby. We spend a lot of time here just focusing on the tasks we have for the day. We don't have any flashy branding or a fancy reception desk. It’s just us in our office, doing the work we need to do. When the weather is nice, we might walk around the complex, but usually, we are just at our desks. It’s a straightforward setup for a group like ours, and it fits the way we like to work. Makaraba is a unique part of the city.
