We are tucked away in the Management Enclave Shopping Arcade, unit 79, near Mansi Tower in the Satellite area. It’s a busy little spot in Ahmedabad. Our shop is filled with all sorts of food products. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to stack things pretty high on the shelves. Sometimes we have to use a ladder just to find a specific jar or packet. It’s just a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and helping them find what they need for their kitchens. The shopping arcade has been around for a while, and it has that older, comfortable feel to it. We aren't trying to be a fancy supermarket. We’re just a local food shop where you can come in and chat while you shop. The lighting isn't the best, and the floor has some scuffs, but it feels like a real place. We get our deliveries in the morning, which usually means moving a lot of boxes around. It’s physical work and sometimes our backs ache by the end of the shift. We like being in this part of town though. It’s a good community and we’ve gotten to know the people who live around here. We just try to keep the stock fresh and the shop open on time every single morning without any fuss.
