Civil Hospital

This is the Civil Hospital over by the BJMC area. It’s a really big place because it’s connected with the medical college, so there are always students, doctors, and nurses running around everywhere. It can be quite confusing for someone visiting for the first time because the campus is so large. There are lots of different wings and departments spread out all over. You see a lot of young people learning the ropes here alongside the older, more experienced staff. It makes for a very busy and sometimes loud atmosphere. The buildings are a mix of very old structures and some newer parts that were added later. It’s not the most modern-looking place in the world, but it serves a huge number of people from all over the region. People come to BJMC because they know it’s a major spot for healthcare. The hallways are usually packed with people waiting for their turn or walking to their next appointment. It’s loud and it stays busy even late into the night. We don’t have any fancy marketing talk to give you. It’s just a massive hospital where a lot of learning and work happens at the same time. You get used to the constant movement and the noise after a while. It’s a bit like a small city inside the hospital grounds. We just try to keep up with everything that’s going on every day. It’s a lot of work but it is just what we do here.
