Civil Hospital (Control Room)

This is the Civil Hospital (Control Room) located at 10, Professors Quarters. We are part of the big Civil Hospital area in Asarwa, but our specific spot is near where the professors live. It’s a bit different from the main hospital wards where all the patients are. Our job is mostly about keeping things moving and handling the communication side of things. It’s a lot of desks, phones, and logs. We are right here in Ahmedabad - 380016, tucked away in a slightly quieter corner of the campus compared to the emergency gates. You can hear the sirens from the main road, but inside the control room, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking on the radio or typing. The quarters around us are where the teaching staff stays, so it feels a bit more like a residential area even though it’s on hospital grounds. We don't really see patients for treatment here; we are the ones making sure the right people get to the right places. It’s a lot of coordination and staying on top of what is happening across the whole facility. Some days are slow and we just update files, while other days everything happens at once and the phones don't stop. It’s a practical part of the hospital that most people don't even know exists, but we are here every day doing the behind-the-scenes work.
