Chaahat Hospital

Chaahat Hospital is tucked away on the third floor of Sarthak Mall. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for a hospital, being right above the Bank Of Baroda at Sargasan Cross Road. Most people find us by looking for the bank sign first since it’s so big and easy to see from the street level. Living and working around Sargasan Cross Road means dealing with a lot of noise and traffic throughout the day, but once you get up to the third floor, it quiets down a little bit. We’ve got the typical mall elevators that sometimes take a minute to arrive, so a lot of the staff just takes the stairs if they’re in a hurry. The office inside is laid out simply. We do not have those massive lobbies you find in standalone buildings, but we make the most of the space we have in the mall. It’s convenient for families because they can grab something they need downstairs or wait in the mall area if the waiting room gets full. Being in a commercial building like Sarthak Mall means we share the space with all sorts of other offices and shops. You see people going to the bank or heading to work while patients are coming in for their appointments. It’s a real mix of daily life happening all at once. We spend a lot of time just keeping the paperwork sorted and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever walks in next.
